    For sale on of my classified ads website.

    Ireland.

    Last month on adsense: 25eur

    Stats attached.

    Usually about 100uv.

    Pagerank at the moment is 2.

    Site is very well indexed.

    Over 2000 ads submitted so far.

    Site is based on wordpress that means it notifies search engines each time user submits an ad.

    Well, listing price is $1800 but well, we can discuss it a bit.

    I do not buy many sites but from what I am reading on the ones I have been looking at today, people are saying between 4-6 times monthly revenue which would be 100 - 150 euro - sounds rubbish I know, but thats what people are sayin.
