    It gets around 1500 monthly vistors
    and high CPC: 14$
    I am looking for 70-150$
    Monthly income: 12$

    usually it makes 5-12 $ per day
    but this is an Exceptional day, it made 18.72$

    I am selling the site because I wanna start a new project, and I have no time to optimize it.
    are you kidding man, vbulletin lisence costs 230$, and I am selling for 70-150$, it is nulled man, you can keep it or delete it.

    the site size is around 300 MB, because flash games are uploaded in the site not running from another sites.
    the buyer have to transfer it to another hosting.
