    Yes, over at Wicked F they are saying 3 accounts allowed per credit card. Not confirmed by adCenter TOS but there are lots of people with multiple accounts jabbing away over there.

    Click the "Accounts & Billing" tab, then click the "Billing" tab from there. Towards the bottom of the page, it should say "Below are the promotion codes that have been applied to this account" and then list the $200 credit below.
