You are free to bid what you like and if the bidding meets the reserve price the site will be sold.

$8000 is the revenue? How much profit is there? How much time does is take to run this website. Is there a paid staff?

Can you post any screenshots for revenue proof?

bit strange the BID jumping from 10,000 to 20,000.

its a great site and all but, proof of revenue and stats...im surprised members have bid without this proof, $20,000 to a member with no itrader wow.

can i ask if you used an auto poster??? theres HEAPS of threads with no replys that are posted at the same time, which pretty much looks like bot posting.

Net avg revenue in the last 6 months has been about 5k - 6k. The US markets isn't at their best and so this is down from norm. Lets hope the recession ends soon so that CPMs return to normal. Screen shots of revenue will be sent individually to the highest current bidder via email and then posted publicly for everyone once reserve is met. I can also jump on phone calls and/or gotomeeting and walk you guys through revenue etc.

Thanks for your interest Quench, if interested at all.

PinStack will be online for 5 years this August. I understand that there are a lot of dishonest people on the internet. However, a quick search on the internet or using Google about PinStack and you'll easily find we've been around as a respected name and brand for years. So whats posted below I take VERY seriously!

We used that automated forum feature temporarily to post guides that users were requested at the time. (Almost 2 years ago) The total # of posts being 542 out of 1,000,000+ posts. Also, that forum is a private forum for members only and served as a portal and directory of guides that exist both on and off site, thus threads are not visible to Google search engine. For the record here's the URL of the page/s you are referring to: http://forums.pinstack.com/f57/index2.html. Click around all, notice you/google cannot read/index as it was for members only.

It's also clearly labeled as PinStackTeam. Its much easier to find threads and off site content that would prompt any bidder to see that this is a legit and well established site.

Yup he called me on the phone and explained. Basically the reserve price is set so that the site should pay for itself after 12 months of revenue.

Do you have employees or partners? How much time do you spend each day working on the site include employees/partners? What are your technical backgrounds? What parts of the business do you outsource. What functions within the business are automated and which are handled manually.

How much time is required to maintain the site, do you pay anyone (mods, contributors...), any special server requirements?

    Also sent you a pm
