Adsense tool for aimed keyword

can anyone jog my memory

i saw a tool a few days back while intrigued with the Joel Comm ebook
the tool looked at the best payperclick adsense, and therfore helps to know what related keywords a site should aim for.

can anyone diredct me to this free on-line tool?
