Great way to withdraw from paypal & alertpay

I've found a great way to withdraw from both PayPal & Alertpay

I will mention the steps here :-

1) Register with Entropay.com here :- https://www.entropay.com/

2) Make a Virtual Visa card worth $20 from any real/physical Credit or Debit Card you have.You must use ur own card,not any stolen or any hacked CC.

3) After creating a VCC worth $20 , apply for the Entropay Plastic MasterCard physical Debit Card from your home screen.Entropay will deduct $9.99 from your $20 ballance.

4) Now write down the Number & Expiry Date & the CVV Code of your Virtual Visa Card.

5) Link & verify your Virtual Card with both PayPal & Alertpay & you will get the PayPal Expuse Code & Alertpay Validation code to your Entropay statement within 3 days.Now both your Pay Pal & Alertpay has been verified.

6) Now you can withdraw both Pay Pal & Alertpay funds to your Entropay VCC & later transfer the funds from your Entropay Virtual Card to your Physical Entropay Plastic MasterCard & withdraw your cash from any ATMs worldwide that supports MasterCard.

I know here in DP there is many people who hate Entropay but believe me it rocks.

I've attached a screenshot of my entropay VCC statement to prove that withdrawing PP & AP is possible to entropay VCC & the strange thing is ENTROPAY DID NOT CHARGE ANYTHING FOR INCOMING FUNDS.

And here is a real screenshot of my Entropay VCC statement.Everything has been shown.i have not tried to hide anything.I did try with a small amount from Alertpay & got it in 3 days & Entropay treated the withdrawal from Alertpay as REFUND & did not charge anything.

So all in all now you can withdraw PayPal & Alertpay to Entropay VCC & you can then withdraw that cash in your local City using the Entropay Plastic Mastercard.How cool is that.Don't say this does not work because it DOES work for me & should be working for you too.

I am not sure about that.If your Card is Visa or Mastercard , it should work.Try sending an E Mail to :- should be able to tell you that.

 

But the problem is I don't have vcc with balance $20

 

Have you even read my post totally ? Please read it again.

You can create any number of VCCs & any amount of ballances on them from your Real/Physical Credit Card or Debit Card.

With this method I can spend the money from paypal to EntroPay? and download it at any ATM with the card?
As long as my country is enabled? is that correct? what you have tried? is a proven method?

I don't know it's a proven method or not but it works.Yes that's correct if you have been approved for an Entropay Plastic MasterCard Card.

 

So to summarize, if I have the plastic card Entropay, I can download the money?

I put the following example:
Entropay approved plastic card (Your country is not listed in paypal).
You create a Paypal account with fictitious data (country that if you accept paypal download atm).
You can download the money to the plastic card?

 

You have to register your real address to Entropay in order to receive your card to your home.

If your country is not supported by PayPal then make an account from these Country's marked with a + (Plus sign) from this page :- https://www.paypal.com/worldwide

The countries marked with Plus sign can withdraw to any Card.

I never said you can download money on your Plastic Card directly from PayPal.Read my first post again.You need to create Virtual Card with Entropay , download money from your PayPal to that Virtual Card & finally transfer the money from your Virtual Card to your Plastic Card.

For me the issue is clear.
But my query is that if paypal can know that EntroPay virtual account of a country is not marked by the sign +.

Entropay ->> Bolivia (my country)
Paypal ---> Uruguay (not real)

Entropay Virtual Cards are NOT tied to any name or any address.Anyone from anywhere can use them.There is NO WAY Pay Pal can know that the Entropay account is from a specific country.All PayPal will know the Virtual Card Number,Expiry Date & CVV/Card Security Number.Nothing more than that.

 

can you use vcc you purchased from vcc sellers?

If you are only trying to verify your PayPal , then it will do but you can NOT withdraw funds to all VCCs.So, try using Entropay.It's the best accepted VCC in Virtual Card's World & you can use Entropay for both verifying & Withdrawing from both PayPal & Alertpay.

Why purchasing VCCs from 3rd party sellers when you can generate one all by yourself ? Think about that.

Does entropay card come with sort code and account number?

It seems doesn't work for paypal UK.
