Goto http://www.globat.com/products/domainonly.htm and then enter your desired domain name and then click next. Now in the next page select the option "No, thank you. I would just like to purchase a domain registration only. I do not want to add a Web hosting package at this time.
Domain will be billed annually—$1.95 for the first year, $8.95/year thereafter."

And in the Referrel field enter c-bits.com. Now your cost is only $1.95. Actullay I find this accidentally.

Just registered with them and i found that they are just giving only the cheapest service want. I am happy...
The main problem is u use a credit card for the transaction. Should not use CC online. Avoid using CC at online i never will do that mistake...So i have VCC to handle the things..
