    Right, about a year ago i decided i wanted to start my own personal web hosting company. Ive now come to the decision that i probably won't start my own host due to various issues, one being the time i have avaliable, secondly the support requirements id be required to provided.

    What am i offering?

    Firstly the domain - www.xzubehosting.co.uk - currently it is only a landing page, but has a PR3, and is 3rd on the list on MSN search and Yahoo under 'cheap uk hosting' (and a few other searches). Needless to say id done some seo on the site and built up some backlinks.

    Secondly a table based site design (unfortunately this was before my CSS days, however all if not the majority of pages are HTML 4.01 Transitional) - totally unique and branded for XZube Hosting. Design can be found @ http://host.voisd.com - obviously if a purchase is made you'd get full rights to the design and could quite easily change the content, prices etc. to suit your needs. There is also detailed purchase page using php that sends information to your designated email account.

    Charges? ie how much per account? well its marketed at the UK market, £'s - prices can be seen on the demo design that was never released to the public, so obviously if you wanted to you could easily change the pricing to suit your needs! The site is geared as being 'cheap uk hosting' - how 'cheap' you feel is necessairy is really up to you!

    Thats correct - no customers currently although obviously once an offical site is launched on the domain and based on the PR and unique hits (and obviously your pricing structure) it shouldnt take too long for you to build a client base!

    will pm, stats wise, the domain (with just the holding page) at the moment is only get 50-100 uniques a month (with 10ish visits coming from yahoo and msn). When i started doing seo on the site (which i did on and off for about 3 months so as to achieve a PR ranking) i was getting 200ish uniques a month. Needless to say the base work for the domain and design has been done and theres quite a lot of potential...
