    I am looking for a native english speaking and experienced writer to write a proposal letter for negotiating an agreement with content owners for license to distribute resources.

    Details of the service details will be supplied, however you will be required to present details in an appealing way. Need to obtain statistics etc to add to the proposal and please be creative.

    This request is initially for one letter if satisfied will do more with provider. Please when responding need proof of experience i.e link to existing forum thread of your service with feedback from satisfied customers and itrader ratings
