I use zip and email submit offers on a few blogs. They work pretty well, a few converts a day. From what I've noticed, cruises, phones, laptop and gift card offers work best. If you want to start a campaign where you are promoting an offer, get a decent landing page. I'd prefer using PPC for sale and not low paying leads. But if you can optimize your campaign to reach the right audience, then it's good for you!

You can certainly promote these items, but since this was posted in the Adwords section I would add a word of caution. Google does not like these offers and will eventually slap you if you are running them. And trying to bid on search terms for a $1.00 payout can prove to be quite difficult.
