I've spent most of my weekend here so thought it is about time to introduce myself.

    Firstly, Great forum!

I work provide the SEO services for a Christchurch Web design company. We deal mostly with New Zealand based sites and get good results for the keywords we target.

I’m looking to expand my knowledge base and find out ‘Why’ sites are placed where they are, how to do something about it and get the skill to compete in the international arena. If anybody is at all interested they can checkout my first attempt targeting competitive phrases through my signature.
I’m also really developing a passion for e-commerce solutions and generating revenue on the Web. :)

On a personal note I’m interested in most things, particularly chocolate, bourbon, performance motorcycles, and my fiancée. Good food and fine wine also play a part in my life but unfortunately not as large a part as pizza and cheap wine.

    It's good to be here.

    Welcome to the madness.

I used to live in New Zealand for 9 months, in Matamata and Great Barrier Island. I miss NZ. Maybe I'll go visit again someday.

    You made the ugg site?

    Yep.

It is my very first site.

It has been one of those projects, that started out as a learning process, and by the time you 'finish' it you have learned so much you want to start again.

Pizza's good. I don't care for wine, cheap or expensive.

    Cheers,

There are a couple of theories as to where the term 'ugg' came from. The most popular is it is and abbreviation of Ugly, or Ugly boots; simply because they are, or at least were. Originally they were darned together by anyone with basic sewing skills and soon became popular with surfers.

The name was brought by Deckers Outdoor and now UGG is a brand name. My site is an affiliate site, or at least that is the business model for now. I plan to keep adding content so that it geniuinely becomes the definitive guide to ugg boots.

Way way down the rankings at the moment, suspect I am being sandboxed. Much work to do.

You've got my vote buddy. I like your layout. I'd prob buy except that I am in the tropics here. Sheepskin and tropics don't go together very well.
