Hi, I've been trying to modify my wiki (change the logo, add adsense capabilties, etc) and all of these change occur in the "localsettings.php" file which I have located under /wikis/config, the issue is I can not edit the file. It is one of only three files in that folder and is listed as "0 B" for file size. When I go to edit I get the error "Could not load LocalSettings.php. File not found". This is entirely frustrating and I am new to all of this, but I don't understand how I can create and edit wikis and the Localsettings file could not be found?! I was trying to edit through the hosting center on GoDaddy. Any help would be really appreciated! Thank you, Grant
Hey man, i just did a wiki install and am working on editing it as well. you want to edit the config file after installing the wiki. when you install the wiki the LocalSettings.php file is generated in the config folder and then you need to move it to the root. once you have it in the root, go to the page to make sure it loads, then download the localsettings.php file to your computer and edit away.
I have a different issue, i did all the steps but i can't find the LocalSettings.php in the config folder, this is my third attemp. HELP PLEASE.
