$25 Simple Site Clone (Paypal type read inside)

    I need a site like that I can use wordpress but I just need the paypal part done so like the site it will store keys after payment inside my sql databse and send the the key to the user in their email and also produce one after payment on the return page.

    Basically, you need some Paypal IPN integration to handle providing keys to paying customers after PayPal notifies you. I could definitely do this, but a budget of $25 is ridiculous.
