Paypal Payment 7th, 8th, 9th April | A phone call to Paypal Customer Service....

Hello,

I requested a withdraw request on 8th april 2010, but I status of the withdraw request is still pending. Today (15-04-2010), I called paypal they said that the process takes 6 to 8 working days, so probably the payment will be processed tomorrow. I also said that this problem is happening with every Indian who has requested bank withdraw on 6th to 9th of april. They said that all the requests will be completed bytomorrow morning, or day after tomorrow and that he does not know much about it. I also told him that the people who requested withdraw on 11th april have received the money in their bank account. He had no answer.

I don’t know why paypal loves to trouble India when the Indians give them so much of business…

well if you are impatient email these guys seem to be smart and actually help u fix the issues

Btw, Whats wrong with the english of this PayPal executive, I have never seen a executive with no Ready-Made answers. He takes a lot of time thinking.

 

I noticed a new problem, this month i paid many bills but while checking the transactions, before 9th April transactions are missing..there is something happened to their database itself..

 

two transactions of mine is still pending. initiated on the 8th & 9th.
Now, lets wait till Monday.

 

i would recommend you cancel it and make a new withdrawal

 

But according to the audio transcript posted by thatsfine, it is of no use to cancel it now and better wait for monday. what's your say? did you hear that mp3 file?

 

No i didnt hear but if it does say that things will be fixed on monday then u can wait.. i had got mine cancelled and all fees and currency conversions were also returned and on that my latest withdrawal also got completed

me too! i havnt canceled it, just hoping for monday.

 

I have not cancelled the transaction just checking how big PayPal can goofup.
