PR8 for directory with the age of 2 months

    Recently www.greatdirectories.org have included in the TOP 10 web directories a new directory - www.dirbull.com
    I'm surprised by her age - 2 months and PR8 (!!). Many of its deep pages are also have high PR (4 - 6).
    I've reviewed dirbull.com and did not find any backlinks to it with a high PR.
    Can someone explain how could it be?

    P.S. www.botw.org exists since 1994 and has only PR7

    Some of the PR9 backlinks got removed - It's not on the homepage anymore - I guess they bought the links... and they are also charging money for putting your website on their directory, is that against the rules of google?

    AFAIK Google update the PR every 3 months, latest update was done on first of April. maybe we must check this site later!!
