    I'm looking to sell my pet project, Paranormal America. The site is PR3 and can earn revenue.

    It gets over 2000 UVs a month. About 3000 views. And has earned me over $15 since I put Adsense on it. As you can see in the screen shot below my traffic has steadily been increasing. And as long as new content is added a couple times a week to a few times a month it will continue to do so.

    Please note that it spent several months without Adsense or the earnings WOULD be higher. I did this in an attempt to draw more traffic to the site.

    - Please note, in the last 7 days (that's within the time that Adsense was readded) it has earned me just over $1.
    - Don't be afraid to try revenue sources other than Adsense.

    Traffic is mostly organic. It pulls traffic from searches, twitter, link exchanges, and top sites.

    The site is designed to pull traffic any time you make a new post. In general I get 80 - 100 visitors a days. When I make a new post that number doubles.

    Content is very easy to find. Google any paranormal term, find a nice video or picture, and put it up. Include some content, in your own words, and you're done. The idea of the site is to take existing paranormal evidence and "review it" in your own words.
    - Site could easily be setup to run on auto pilot. I've never done this because I love this site... but it's time to go.

    BIN: $250 - I believe the site is easily worth that, since it's PR3, gets good traffic, and can earn revenue.
