I've had everything stolen from me in a matter of minutes.

I got a alert at 9:39 pm saying that 3 of my domains where being transfered to a new registrant. I called and contacted the source company I registered them at. They said to contact their theft dpt. Then I cam on dp and my pass was changed so i changed it then i came back and had to change it again and now my email was hacked. What do I do?

Contact the domain register by phone and provide cc information to get it straitened out right away. They can set your account in a paused state to sort the issue out. Start recovering accounts and change all of your passwords. Make sure to use a computer other than the current computer you're using in case you have a trojan.

    Do this:

First its likely that he has a keylogger on your computer(s) this is how he is getting the access to your domain/cpanel and other accounts.

Delete all cookies from your pc(s), then
scan and clean your system (all options enabled):

restrict/change passwords on your system, and kill remote access (if enabled)

After your system(s) are clean, then go change all passwords for all accounts.

Then change all cpanel/database/script/and Admin passwords. Use alpha-numeric-symbol with uppercase/lowercase random passwords at least 8 digits in length. Make sure admin/script/db/other accounts have different passwords- never use the same password.
