SCAM with my Domains and by INSTANT-DEPLOY

    Hello everyone,

Instant-Deploy.com a worst registrar and company ever come in my life - they have made scam with me and i have 100 domains registered with them from which around 70% not working by an estimated count.

The 70% domains out of my 100 domains are not working since last 4 dayss and i am not getting any reply from them at all and we have a small hosting company which is going down because of them because i have registered a lot of domains for my clients from them....

my clients are so angry at us and so do we are on instant-deploy... always when i submit any support inquire at their support system - i never get a reply or even though if i get it after months then its not enough because they replied after months and then again reply next after months....

I am veryyyyyy worried and since last 4 days i have nothing in my mind but just the tension of this domains issue... my hosting company is going down and people are so angry at us - we are loosing reputation because of them...

can please someone help me to get back my domains somehow someway???

    THANK YOU SO MUCH.

First of all, is that site a registrar or a hosting service?

Your domains should be there, in the registrar's control panel, now if you can't see them alive it's about nameservers, you need to update them but answer the question first to help you since you might be missing the hostng nameservers if hosted elsewhere.

That is the cheapest domain register. $2 for .com ?

Please update the results because it is really cheap I may work as its reseller.

the INSTANT-DEPLOY.COM is a hosting and as well as domain registrar site. they sell domain at $3 per domain per year and bulk domains package at an extremely low price - i have purchased like 100 domains from them but now 80% of them are not working.

in my account they looks alive but the thing is, i dont have control over them like i cant change nameservers or ips or something.
all the domains which are not working was pointed to the right nameservers and have been working since few months well but now they are not -they are pointed to some other wrong nameservers but i didnt do that since i dont have full control over them.

i tried a lot to get in contact with them and submitted like a lot of tickets but never got a reply - my clients are asking for refunds and we are loosing so much reputations...

I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR HOSTING OR DOMAINS

I have purchased many products with them and they are just SCAMS.

First, they were quite good. They had a response time of about 1 day maximum and now, they DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR TICKETS.

    Here is the proof:

    HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Not much you can do man.

I brought a domain for a friend of mine; it was her fashion label website. Now that I forgot the damn password, I cannot change the nameservers and so the domain is useless.

I sent them so many emails asking for a password reset and they just ignored them.

Then I sent an email to 1and1 (the company that they brought the domains from) asking for my domain back and this is the reply:

-- BTW, my name is not Cosmin Bogdan. I guess that's the name that they registered my domain under. --

So, there's nothing I can do. Well, I can file a UDRP complaint but that costs a lot and takes ages to process. If you really have that many domains, you wouldn't want to fill a UDRP for each and every one of them. Would cost you a fortune and take a few months.

I feel sorry for you, but for web hosting and domain registration, it's the general rule - You get what you pay for. And for your domain registrations, you just can't trust any registrar. Specially registrars who offer domains for so low prices that it doesn't even cover the cost price they pay to the registry.

So I would say what bertram1233 said, Not much you can do.

    Hope everything get's fixed.

Why would anyone register domains with a no-name company like that? Big LOL. Seriously, you kind of have to expect a scam.

I'm from duomarkets, one trusted company scammed like most of us.

I get contact with he.net regarding the ip they use to point the domains trow DNS Server, they are paying the ip transit far as i can see for the call i make.

    HE.net anwser:
You will need to contact NeoSurge directly, as they are the only ones
that this issue may be resolved through at this time.

    Email sent to NeoSurge:

I'm here regarding one fraud situation involving your client ( Owner of Instant-Deploy.com ) and 1and1.com regarding domains registration's.

Far as i know the company 1and1.com have been used to register bulk domains and pointing them to one server hosted with ip 216.66.76.130, trow one DNS Server this bulk domains have been pointed to our services.

I want to know what append to 216.66.76.130 server, and if they stop paying you if i can retrieve it back to restore not only my 300 domains and but more then 1500 domains from all entire instant-deploy clients.

I'm trying here negociate with you regarding one scam and fraud situation with too mutch people involved.

Please i need one fast anwser regarding this.

I need to know if i can do something to put the server up and keep working with my domains and the other's clients of instant-deploy, try to do the same.

    --

If they stop paying we can retrieve the ip and remake one system like them and put the domains working again.

About 1and1.com, they don't do nothing regarding our situation.

The other solution is try to retrieve dns-manager.org or mynameservers.us to us.

Ths Whois, adress and i think real phone number from martin, i tried to reach contact without any success.
