    Hi,

    We have a established web hosting directory for sale.

    This site has a very neat design and makes use of IndexU script.

    Details below;

    Established: 2002 - Been online for almost 4 and half years now.
    Page Rank: 6
    Traffic: More than 120,000 unique page views per month
    Not very good alexa rankings though.
    Revenues: $250/mon but has a potential to generate to teh tune of $600 to $750/mon

    Minimum asking price is: $20,000

    Reason for selling: Not much time to concentrate on the same.
    Payment can be through wire transfer or we can use escrow service. i will bear the escrow fees from seller point of view. If there any Buyer fees, Buyer will have to bear those fees.

    $250/month * 80 months = $20000

    Even at your "potential" $750/month it still takes 27 months before someone earns there money back. Waiting over 2 yrs after increasing profits by 200% to break even is not something that would interested most people.

    Perhaps a start bid of $2000 might be more realistic or maybe showing the URL so we can see why you think its worth $20,000

    Obfuscate it. Or mix n8umb999ers in the URL so search engines don't pick up the actual domain. But what's the problem with not listing it? Especially at that kind of multiple!

    Revenue is not the only metric used for acquisitions anyways. Various other factors are considered and mainly the potential. If the buyer can understand that the price is more than justified.

    Simple arithmetic doesn't help - my $0.0.2 :)
