It is very simple and very clean cut. I like it a lot! I agree with PsyHost that once it gets more content, it'll be perfect! The only thing I suggest is maybe to change the placement of your Twitter and Facebook icons. But otherwise, awesome work!
I was also going to comment on the location of the FB/Twitter icons, but i felt i was saying too much negative comments and felt a bit bad.
I like it for the most part. Only change I would make is to remove the ad sense that's in the header. That may not be advantageous to you from an earning perspective but I think it cheapens the quality of the site. If you made that change and added more content I would give it an 8 out of 10.
On individual post, delete the top margin 'entry img' (line 535). Makes the image align properly to the top right side. Or you could use wp-caption, insert image into post, add caption then alignright. Add css: '.wp-caption.alignright' margin right =0 and margin-top =0. You can do the same for alignleft.
I agree with most of the comments above. The ads shouldnt really be in the header, I see no use for them there.
