wordpress design $999?

I have a sincerely ugly website www.bigtimspawn.com and blog www.bigtimspawn.blogspot.com that is being combined into a wordpress website at www.bigtimspawn.com. I have the preview to see at http://bigtimspawn.com.previewdns.com/

here is what I want :

1. someone to give me any idea how much it would take to use my logo and colors, redesign it to feel like www.autobutler.com.

the sight must be clean and easy to use and include my ebay store, blog, pictures. I will be needing to include a webcam from the store on the site later. I'll need a blank template for adding pages when I want.

give me an idea and make it simple enough for me to understand. I have no problem paying, I understand your expertise is worth something I just don't know what that is. If you are good, and it makes sense I'll pay it by PayPal I'll pay 25% OF BID UPON WINNING! 75% UPON FILE TRANSFER...

Does it have to be all wordpress? Or can it be an HTML/CSS website that links to your blog page?

When someone like me goes to a place like this seeking help, that's what we are looking for. I clearly posted that I have issue that I can not resolve. I am fine with the statement that wordpress is not a solution. Where is the follow up?

What I am looking for is what would be good. Why won't WP work as well as something else. I got to be a success in life by providing solutions and knowing when I'm over my head.

I think what that person was saying is that maybe WP isn't the right platform for the type of site and setup you are wanting.

Yes, I agree with you about helping prospects find the right solution for them - it's the way to do business better. In keeping with this last statement, coding a site for you in PHP would work better because the designer will have more versitility or flexability in what they are trying to accomplish with the design. It would probably be cheaper and take less time this way too, plus you have a one of a kind type of set up. Matter of fact, a PHP site like this shouldn't take much to code. I'm sure the designer/coder can either find a script that will do the rest for you beyond the pages you want displayed, or code one.

The scripting language is similar to WP in the sense they both use PHP and can work dynamically or as static. But, the real problem with WP versus the other way is that WP functions differently because it is a blogging platform. It basically has a set pattern in the way the blog works - and yes, every blog has a similar pattern as the master platform does. Take wordpress for instance, every WP blog functions the same. CMS (content management system) systems have a similar core - Joomla! comes to mind here, but all Joomla! sites are similar in nature where they all function the same. ... and so on.

You could use the WP platform and put the home page as a static page, but is it the best way for you to go?

Is www.autobutler.com the look you want for your site? If so, it is in HTML and using Javascript. That can be done very easily. It's a matter of graphics, a little coding and some linking.

You can then upload the blog you have and link your blog either on the homepage or the following pages depending on where the visitor is clicking in a navigation link or tab. You can keep everything you have now in tact this way, but maybe use a different WP theme to spiff it up a little.

If this is what you want, let me know and I'll try to get something done for you by Thursday eve, and post it here.

I just want to be clear about what you want before I put any time into it.

I just tlike the cleanness of autobutler.com but need the functionality of the blog,pics and ecommerce I wuold really like to get a peek of what you are saying, please go ahead. I have ai files you can also use the jpg on the website for guidance I have no idea how to upload the ai files it says invalid filetype....

I m an experienced designer of Dp; in my views, you need a better professional with little fancy look, lol ?
