I'm looking at my stats in the Azoogle 2.0 and finding I'm getting clicks for a campaign I'm not promoting. And getting 0 clicks for a campaign I *am* promoting. I've verified the new url is correct multiple times (and indeed, clicking the offer from the site I'm promoting the offer on takes me to the correct azoogle offer). As a result, all my campaigns bar one are currently paused until I can verify tracking is indeed working fine in the new system. Anyone else experiencing similiar woes ?
Shoemoney, are you tracking fine now ? I was thinking it maybe geo-targeting kicking in, certainly the traffic I'm sending in pretty much USA based and there aren't any issues with the type of offers I'm promoting (as you can get with Ring Tone offers for example).
If you watch the SUB id's of the clicks to the offers you're NOT promoting, you'll see that some of the users who clicked on your ads, (mistakenly interpreted as) not being in the USA, get redirected to certain offers. Mine get redirected to FreePay. And it's pretty damn annoying considering I do PPC on an USA-only AdWords campaign.
So, doesn't that cause a problem for anyone hosting on overseas dedicated servers (I have US and European dedicated servers) ? I suspect it's something related with Geo-targetting, still 90% of all my traffic is still US based. Azoogle are kindly looking into my issues (very very quick to respond - excellent !).
Actually not sure if my issue was related to 2.0... i had thousands of clicks on a offer i was promoting last month but not this month. like 4 thousand clicks not 1 conversion. Guessing its a tracking problem or conversion problem hopping for the first one lol...
Yeah, link completely not working in azoogle 2.0, I have tried clicking the link for several offer and when i go to show statistic, it show 0 click
I was earning an average of $150 per day with Azoogleads 1 Since they switch to Azoogleads 2 I average about $25 a day and 60% of my traffic is being filtered to International smileys. I have tried switching the links to the new links and the problem seem to get worse so I am still using th old links. I emailed my rep but still waiting for a reply. My web site is on a dedicted server that not in the USA.
Yeah, I'm still trying to get clarity on whether hosting off-shore would cause a problem. In addition, I'm not convinced the geo-targetting service they use is particularly accurate. I know why they do it, but realistically the type of traffic they are trying to stop ( basically spammers from directing masses of bad traffic that will bring down the eCPC) is hurting everyone else it seems. It seems that they should and could filter this unqualified traffic as a post process. To simply redirect traffic based on the geo-location is questionable and is apparently causing some problems.
Hey guys, Please reach out to me at directly and lets try to figure this out. We have a lot of revenue being driven through 2.0 by many publishers right now and there don't seem to be many experiencing these problems, so I hope its isolated cases. Either way, would be happy to figure it out (obviously). Thanks. Alex
Just a quick note here: For those of you that grabbed a new link and aren't seeing any clicks or leads, it is very possibe that you accidentelly grabbed the sample URL titled (landing page) on the offer details page. This link will not track to your account. Please make sure you use the link entitled "tracking link" on the lower bottom half of the page. Hope this helps! We will be relabeling the sample link, so it's not as confusing.
