Selling FilmFast.co.uk - Watch Ghost Whisperer Online - PR 3

i want to sell my website http://www.filmfast.co.uk PR3. it is a site where you can watch episodes of ghost whisperer, all the episodes are embeded from megavideo. ads on the site are from adsense and a pay per sign up affiliate. the site has all episodes online with a picture and a short bit of text to tell you what happens in that episode. it also has a phpbb forum with around 22 members.

the site comes up on the 1st page of google.co.uk / .com under watch ghost whisperer online between 1st - 8th place.

the site is best viewed in firefox

site also has a facebook page = http://www.facebook.com/pages/FilmFastcouk-Watch-Ghost-Whisperer-Films-Online/136652593113 and a twitter page = http://twitter.com/filmfast they are not used much but do have members and followers

the site index page is PR3 the downlaod page is PR2 and the phpbb forum is also PR2 forum is at http://www.filmfast.co.uk/forums

when buying please make sure your domain registrar can accept domain transfers for .CO.UK domains. also i left out that filmfast.co.uk dose not need renewing untill 15/1/2012
