Hello, I would like to hire a ppc marketer to create a profitable campaign for a new website. This is an experiment for me and this it will consist on 3 phases. I don't currently own a website so on the first phase, you would help me find a start-up (or semi-established) website for sale in DP or Flippa or wherever I can buy something decent. Once we have selected the website based on your knowledge of what may work best for a ppc campaign, I will buy it. On phase 2, you will be responsible for creating a good ppc campaign for the website. Phase 3 will consist on tweaking/improving the campaign you created until the website has achieved my minimum intended ROI. Now despite this is an experiment, I don't plan on losing money on it, so to remove as much risk as possible from it, I will only be willing to hire someone who is capable of guaranteeing their results. This means that if you are unable to reach my minimum intended ROI within the terms we both agree on before beginning our cooperation, I will either be receiving a refund from you or I will keep the money I would have payed you if you had been successful (this will depend on the payment conditions we both agree on). On the other hand, if your results are better than what I expected, I have plans to arrange a bonus payment agreement so that you are compensated for outstanding work. My initial budget for the project is of $500 (this without taking into consideration your fee as well as the cost of the website; the $500 is just for the ppc campaign). Initially my plan is to just hire someone to produce this first campaign but if things go well it is very possible that I will be hiring you to create more campaigns for other websites as well as manage the existing campaign(s). I don't discard a full time position. I am looking for someone who is available regularly for updates and won't have problems keeping me informed on progress via messenger.
