So i post it here in general section. Hope this section is the right one. If not, please move the thread. I don't want to get infraction :D

Btw this is my site details:

    Direct Traffic: 22.70%
    Search Engines: 0.83%

Normally the price of a website is 10 * revenue/month.
    For your site, the price is (Clicksor : $35.55 + Others CPM : $25.56) * 10 =$600

    Thank you for the respond.

    $600 is for the BIN?
Another thing is, does the traffics could make the price higher? Most traffics are from US/CA/UK

Thank You for your interest. But i need to clarify something before selling. Cause I have been scammed before in eBay, thus that make me phobia with internet buy/sell thing.

What are the payment method that available. Since this is digital product, is Paypal safe? People scammed me by opening dispute last time tho i knew that he get the item i sent. Can this be avoided?
$600 is really big value for me. I'm from Malaysia, do we have any option regarding receiving payment from outsite?

Try to use 3rd party service to avoid this charge back for example using sedo dot com.

If you're looking for advice on how to sell a site the http://experienced-people.net/ forum is a great resource, I'm a member there but not affiliate with it in any other way.

I have always aimed for selling my sites for at least ten times the amount that it is grossing per month. In example, I would try to sell my site for $600 if it was making at least $60 per month. You can go with the twelve month model as well. Be careful not to overprice yourself.

Traffic is also a consideration. You should not have a problem in getting your price if the majority or all of your traffic is organic. Organic traffic is a life saver for site buyers. This will help them minimize their investment with pay per click campaigns.

One problem is that the "10x revenue" model usually isn't considered unless you have 3-6 months of steady earnings. You'll probably get a better price if you wait. Also, you usually get a better sales price at SP rather than DP, where people would prefer to pay $20 BIN for a site making $60 per month.

PayPal usually works but yes, there are some scammers out there that will ruin it for you. Try escrow.com for a safer transaction.

Its also important in waht the site is actually doing. If its something that is not going to be hot, or people wont be interested in the future, (for example say its about the obama election campaign), its value is not much, or even nothing.

    Good luck

Sell to the reliable company. Don't try to handover it third party.

    Thanks
