How old is the domain?

 

Im not actually sure - the site has posts dating back from 2008 but not sure on domain registration - I just bought this site with a collection of other sites recently.

$145 is a real bargain for a PR4 domain!

 

It shows in the description above and in checking tools that the domain age is only 1 month.
can you say what have you done in 1 month to get it to PR4?
even PR updates take longer time than one month!

 

According to Who.is, http://www.who.is/whois/chinaroadsummit.com/, it was registered in Jan of this year.

 

As I mentioned I only recently acquired this website - perhaps it was a dropped domain. But it still has PR4 and some good backlinks - sell some links and make $$'s!
