    You can use Alexa Web Rank to verify the present and past traffic stats.

    We have put in Google ADS for the earnings part which gives decent earning on monthly basis as depending on unique hits.

    Regarding the technology, we using .NET + Ajax + HTML + CSS + JS..

    Recruiters Base : 700+
    JobSeekers Base: low (less < 500)

    The site was never able to take off in the higher traffic, so thats why not a lot of Candidates came & join. But from the technology framework and website SEO perspective, its quite well done. Even the domain name is such that it targeted towards SEO and in fact each page of the site is really well designed from SEO point of view.
