    Hi,
Finally i got 10000 uniques today thanks to Digg .
One of my articles got published on digg yesterday and suddenly the site is flooded with visitors.
But the sad thing is that the total adsense revenue after 100 clicks is just $5
    :(
Can anyone tell me how do i take advantage of this flooding visitors.
ITs been digged 427 times in last 10 hours.

It's nice traffic but the consensus is that Digg people don't click on ads.

Hopefully you can turn some of them into return visitors though.

You're getting relevant links for this article (blog trackbacks matter).
It will get you better Google ranking. Think in the long term.

you should re-arrange ads in your website, put some link units in the menu, and try to make it to look like the menu, the left and right sided ads have no effect, you better put adsense ads in the middle or in the bottom of the content area, for more advices ask about adsense optimization in the right forum.

You may find that revenue does increase slightly as some of those visitors will convert to regular visitors.

The above advice is right though, social bookmarking traffic doesn't tend to be very good at clicking unless it's shoved right in their face.

Perhaps it's worth getting some CPM or CPA offers ready for the next time you get Dugg :)

Changing your ad placement should help a lot. In my past experience, Digg users DO click on ads. Maybe just a tad lower CTR vs regular/SE visitors. Keep it up. :D

Yes, maybe add ads in or or on the right side of content.
I think visitors (or is it just me) are interested just in this article and not in others.

That is something that I would definately not do. It is good to blend the ads in so that they don't look like ads, but making them look part of your sites main menu / navigation system is a little wrong I think. Although, I find alot of sites do it and it can be very misleading to the visitor.
