How to withdraw funds from your paypal account through VCC's..Explained properly

Lots of people have questions , how this works and all..

First of all i would like to tell that this method only works with VISA vcc's (HDFC netsafe cards , kotak netcards ,axis bank vcc's or icici vcc's)

In order to withdraw follow these steps

1 - Go to profile->Add credit card
2 - Add your vcc
3 - Click on save and continue so that 1.95$ is charged
4 - 4 digit code (expuse no) will appear in your transaction details
5 - enter the 4 digit code.The process of adding a card is completed
6 - Go to profile->Add Credit card
7 - You will see the option to "withdrawing funds" next to your recently added VISA vcc
8 - click on that and withdraw
9 - Will take 4-5 days to get money into your bank account

If you dont follow these steps and directly click on withdraw funds - > through cc - > then enter the vcc details then you wont get money into your account.

Thanks for info but wanted to know if we have a credit card which has outstanding amount and we create a VCC since ICICI has vcc option only for CC.So if i create a VCC then it will expire in 24hours but i wanted to ask was if i have a outstanding amount in my CC already will the paypal money get adjusted with the outstanding.

Edit: one thing i would like to add is you don't need to get the $1.95 charge everytime it is a verification process not necessary after you have already got a verified account right?

Also can i use one of my family members Card to withdraw since i don't have a Credit card.I used my family members card during verification and it verified fine but wanted to confirm the same in case of withdrawing.

Also can you tell more about what Credit limit we should set in the VCC etc

 

VCC expires every 3 months..So after 3 months you will have to re-do this process..

We have to get 1.95$ charged coz if 1.95$ isnt charged then the vcc isnt used and it gets canceled after 24hrs..Hence the vcc is dead..So no money will come into the account..

Add a vcc and you can withdraw funds to your account for 3 months..

 

If I withdraw it to VCC, can I transfer it to my bank account?
Will it be considered as a cash advance and I will be charged?

 

It will automatically go into your bank account..

 

Yes you can..just the surname has to be the same..first name can be different..

 

Thanks but since i am already verified the charge of $1.95 how will PP charge me that amount since they only charge that if you are unverified correct me if i am wrong

 

Doesnt matter if you are verified for not , everytime you add a new card pp will charge 1.95$

So add ur visa vcc if you have...pp will charge 1.95$ and refund back to you in 2-3 days..Then you can withdraw thru ur visa vcc for 3 months..once its expired , add a new one..

 

kk thanks suppose the Primary card has some outstanding and i create a VCC talking about a ICICI credit here so if i withdraw through VCC will it be adjusted with my outstanding balance in credit card or will it be transferred to the Bank account.

And can you tell what credit limit is appropriate for the VCC

 

I have no experience regarding withdrawls to real credit cards...

The money however wont be transferred to the bank account...Your outstanding balance will be adjusted...However someone told me that money will go into the bank account..So i am not so sure..

 

My account is in Axis Bank Ltd with Internet Banking enabled. I would like to know how can I make a netsafe VCC in Axis Bank. Please help me.

 

kk thanks i will try to contact customer support of ICICI also if the VCC is valid for 3 months wouldn't the balance also be transferred only after 3 months?

Also which all banks provide the netsafe other than HDFC,kotak which actually provide VDC whereas ICICI doesn't provide VDC it only provides VCC.

Really can any one confirm if i transfer to VCC from paypal will it be adjusted with the primary card outstanding since the Code will Appear in the primary card statement according to ICICI

 

are you guys sure that money can be withdrawn to vcc? could anyone post the screen shots of the online bank accounts (creditted through vcc)?

and if yes, then why is it only for visa vcc and not mastercard vcc ?

So I have to go to HDFC Netsafe (as I have savings account in HDFC) and create one VCC (netsafe card that can be used only once) and then add this HDFC Netsafe VCC to my Paypal and verify. Then I can withdraw money to this VCC and the money will be automatically credited into my savings account in 3-5 days. Please verify if that is correct or please correct me if I am wrong.

But I heard like HDFC Netsafe cards can be used only for spending and that also within 3 months of generation. So, can we still withdraw through these Netsafe VCCs?

 

I think... VCC will work.. I have first sent some funds from my ICICI "Account to Card Transfer" facility for trial. The VCC already expired. If that fund will credit my account, I will then initiate the PayPal withdrawal.

One question.. is there any difference in exchange rates?

 

They will give around 44.25 USD /dollar according to my experience in CC withdrawal last week. Around 1 rupees less than what exchange rate going on. Actually VISA charged its fees for withdrawal.

From ICICI Bank They charge INR 18 + Tax for Bank to Credit Card Transfer,

 

I directly click on withdraw funds - > through cc - > and entered the vcc details but yet I didn't get any money into my account.
8 days have been already spend.

Will my money be back in my paypal account or missing?

No VCC features available available yet with Axis bank saving account. It is available only with Axis bank Credit card only.
