Is MSNBot slow in indexing these days?

    Hello,
I have been observing that in last 10-15 days MSNBot is very slow in visiting and indexing my sites.

Also a few of my sites which were in top 3-5 position for the main keyword, are gone from MSN search results altogether.

Are you also experiencing the same?

    Thanks
    Jazz

Yeah I'm seeing a big slow down. A change I made on one of my pages hasn't been reflected in the index for over two weeks now

MSNbot had defenetly decreased his visits.... I got a blog that is updated daily but gets re-indexed only once in a week.
Last year I also had a daily updated website that was getting re-indexed every 2-3 days.
Something has changed, but it will probably improve in the near future, after they get all their live.com thingies settled.

I dont think msn bot is slower in indexing, recently i was looking for some file which was a local singer's free available file, tried a lot with google and yahoo with different keywords could'nt find a link to download it, but then msn gave first link which was downloadable file.
This does not mean google and yahoo show bad results, it all depends on certain algo. keywords, backlinks etc.

When I check to see how many of my pages are in MSN one day it will tell me a few hundred, the next day it will say 40 or something, a fraction anyway. Then, I check again later in the day and it's up again. I don't get this.

One of my sites progressively disappeared down to like 5 pages indexed for a long time, like weeks. Then, all of a sudden there are 150-200 pages indexed.

I have far better luck with google and yahoo. I concentrate on them first and worry about msn later.

I put a dozen new pages up last weekend, Google found them all, yahoo some of them and MSN none of them so far.
