I thought we were all millionaires... I'm only interested in scams giving away billions now. hehe j/k
Well... give it a few days and I'm sure you will start getting those in your inbox I was seeing a report on my local news (wonderful Mexican news...) the other night and I couldn't stop laughing... they made a special report alerting people about the nigerian scams. They even interviewed an Architect that lost $10,000 in that scam. Amazing how people still fall for this kind of stuff.
i had a call from a customer a few months ago that actually bought into the nigerian scam, that her "church" was chosen to receive 2.4 million dollars from a dying woman in nigeria, that her money is being held with a canadian broker, she called me at the phone company wanting to see if the people had legit phone numbers... i'm sure this is huge money maker for scammers, especially old people are so vulnerable and will believe anyone...just look at television evangelism..those people make me sick!
They have a bunch of sites now targetting the scammers back http://419eater.com/ http://www.geocities.com/scamjokepage/ Here is more for those who like reading: http://www.scamorama.com/

Hey Fry, Back in the day of Mexico on $20 a day, A long, long time ago a bf and I were in Mexico and cashed some cheques. We got some ridiculous sounding amount of money for it. Like a 100,000 or half a mil. I don´t even remember now. I just remember chucking that money round the suite, rolling about the bed and pretending we were millionaires for the night.
lol... things were so bad that a few years ago the government had to take 3 ceros out of our bills (for example, 1000 pesos turned into one peso). You wanted a car? It would cost you 100 million pesos... just ridiculous amonuts, at least with 3 ceros wiped out it is easier to handle big amounts. But now being a millionaire is a real deal, before that even a kid could be a millionaire
