This is how it works: this is not an auction - just POST your best offer based on your own research and I might just accept it ... I'm feeling a little cRaZy today! (Low-ballers need not bother, I'm not that crazy) If enough interest, a BIN will be posted. Sorry, I don't have time today to post stats/income for all sites, so please don't ask.

A few points:

• Stats: for most sites, tack on /axs/ax-admin.pl to the URL (e.g. 99c.us/axs/ax-admin.pl). Then click on "View in Graphical Format". Please note, the AXS script talks about "hits", but that corresponds better with "visits" in Awstats.
• Income: most (if not, all) site have income to a varying degree. Many are good earners. This is where you might get lucky and win a site with revenue for a low price!
• The paid version of the AOM script is NOT included with the Amazon shops. Will change to free version if required.
• The CommonSense Search script is NOT included with the search engines.

Payment via verified PayPal account (no eChecks). Site only considered sold on RECEIPT of payment, so if you drag your heels with this, I might sell to another buyer.

Free push to the current registrar. One week free hosting and full CPanel/FTP access so you can move the site (or I can provide reasonably priced hosting thereafter). All sales are without warrantee, as-is, where-is and final.

Sorry, but your premise is flawed - the ringtone site sold for much more.

And you cannot compare apples and pears on the basis you do ... all sites are not the "same", and your offer is much too low.

 

True, I paid much more for the ringtone site. Worth the price. This is the second site I've purchased from this seller this year. Top notch stuff.

 

So hard to estimate a fair price without knowing income and such.
