DNS Problems

Not very sure if this is the best section for the topic, but i hope so.
Because i have some problems i´d love some help from you guys :)

    This is the problem
I bought a site (legendaspt.net) and i transfered the domain from the Name(.com) account of the owner to mine account

Then i change the DNS Servers from BlueHost to AltusHost (more than 20 days ago) However, i don´t know why but sometimes i am directed for bluehost, and it happens too to my friends (different ISPs)

And even this website (it tests the dns servers and other things related from several servers worldwide) [http://www.whatsmydns.net/] returns bluehost nameservers most of the time, like you can see in the follow picture: (most of the times it shows only bluehost´s but seems to be a "lucky day")

I don´t know what to do,
Name Support says that the nameservers are correct
AltusHost says to talk to Name.com

Does anybody know what to do?
    Thanks, Pedro

If you changed more than 20 days ago, it should have resolved by now unless you have some crazy TTL time on your domain zones. I'd try resetting it but a DNS change shouldn't really take more than 3 days.

TTL time? I live in Portugal, and i never had any problems of this kind (not that i transfered as many domains as that)
How do i reset? Just remove and add the ns servers?

Yeah I would just remove or change them to something else then switch it back. TTL stands for time to live, and it decides how long a DNS server should cache the results until requesting them again from the parent DNS server.

Remove it and enter it fresh. Nowadays its not 2-3 days. In my case It don't take more than 5 minutes. Contact your registrar. Otherwise move or push to some other a/c of yours. Best of Luck!!

Besides nameservers, your friend could setup A records which are causing the problem.

Check under DNS management and if there is any pointing to bluehost simply delete it.

Navigation in Name.com isn't clear so try by clicking on the domain name rather than following the main side menu.

About the report above, seems to confirm your domain must have setup A records pointing to such hosting service.

Contact AltusHost and have them confirm that your domain's NS settings in their DNS zones is set to ns1|ns2.altushost.com. There's NS records at the parent (registrar) and at child (hosting provider), and they may be conflicting each other.

Click on DNS Management (right side of the screen) to see how A records are setup.

The host is providing the DNS management in this case, not the registrar because the client has his nameservers set towards altushost.com and not name.com. Anything he changes in DNS management in Name's control panel wouldn't change a thing most likely.

I´ve mailed Name again, and gave the website that olddocks indicated.
And just sent a ticket to AltusHost with what fierceservers told.

I update you as soon as i get something, and THANKS everybody who is trying to help me :)
