I'm selling hobkins.com
It is an internet marketing/money making methods blog running on a pretty good looking theme and with quite a few useful plugins.

It was pr 3 About 5 months ago, but I haven't written a post for about 4 months or promoted the website whatsoever so the pr was dropped. I'm sure a little bit of activity on the site will raise the pagerank. I have nearly 400 feedburner subscribers and you can probably expect a a couple hundred visitor jump in traffic with a single new post.

DNSCOOP.com says my backlinks are at 981 and my alexa rank is in the 800,000s so I don't know if digitalpoint or dnscoop is more correct.

About 70% of the traffic I get (300-400 uniques per month) comes from search engines. The rest comes from referring sites and direct traffic. All of the content is unique and easy to monetize. You can use the plugin I have installed (wp-affiliate-pro) to switch out my affiliate links with your own.

The site is not well monetized with adsense, I decided I would rather have a good looking blog than get good ctr... so yea I've made like $7 with adsense and that's it. haha. I do make about $30 as an affiliate to unique article wizard.

I've made a few other scattered profits with the website as well, $10 from cashcrate, like $50 from caffeinated content, but nothing to big or consistent. The website does have a lot of money making potential, but I'm lazy and I've lost interest in posting on the blog

I think I've made a pretty good portion of money with the website ($600-700), but someone else could make a lot more with it.

So anyways, upon payment I will push the domain, once you set up a wordpress blog I can either send you all the files, or you can give me ftp access and I'll set up the blog for you.

If you want to know the correct alexa stat, then just go to the alexa.com site.

Do you selling links or reviews too on your site?

 

I haven't sold any links or reviews on the blog, but that is another way the site could be monetized for sure.
