Reason For Sale

I have put up PokerFreerollForums.com for sale before about 4-5 months ago due to family health reasons. This time I am putting both of the sites up for sale because of another project that I started. This new project is taking up all my time and resources at the moment. For this reason I both need more time and more funds. I have run out of money to pay out promotions and to keep the advertising going. Both sites will be sold as a package and will not be split. They compliment each other and one actually drives a lot of traffic to the other.

This website is a poker forums website. Has plenty of users and posts. It uses phpbb with several mods. This website has the main phpbb backend.

AllForTheNuts.com

This is completely custom website built by myself. If has refer tracking and ad tracking. It also has a built in affiliate system to allow other users to promote the website. It has a complete backend to run all the promotions as seamless and effortless as possible. A custom built in newsletter system as well is a great feature to advise all the players about changing events or upcoming tournaments

Purchaser Support

I will help move both websites over to your own server. I currently use one BlueHost account to host both sites as they are not too resource intensive. If you stay with the same host it will be very easy to transfer. If not then I will assist in transfer the websites and databases to your new host and getting them up and running. If the purchaser wishes he can pay an additional $200 above the purchase price and take over my current account and we would not need to transfer anything. There is nearly 2 years left on this hosting account. I will also train the purchaser on how to operate the new websites.

Price

Starting price is going to be $2000.00. I do have a reserve price in mind and I have put a BIN of $10,000.00 on these sites. I am looking for a quick sale as I could really use the funds to put into my other project. I am putting this as a 7 day auction. It will be promoted in other places but this will remain the main bidding location.

This site used to run the same types of promotions as the AllForTheNuts.com. The main source of revenues are from Party Poker. There was other sites that contributed some but nothing too significant as I was pushing Party Poker heavily. Here are screen shots of the statements from Party Poker. I have also earned about $80-100 from Adbrite since starting the website last year so adbrite has been paying the hosting costs.
