Selling Complete Video website PR3 500$

it has a great seo placement on the search engine, with a lot of natural links, especially from website that talk about web 2.0

I sell this awesome website because I don't have time to promote it, because I am starting a new business. I will also try to sell other of my website for get some cash to invest in my new project.

How website works :
Is really simple, it aggregates videos from youtube services based from keyword chosen by admin (now keyword is fun, but you can set it on music, trailer etc....), all videos are hosted by youtube.
You can choice which keyword search and show on the main page, and it grab all the videos from youtube instantly, simply modifing a configurational file.
There is also a script for download videos from youtube in usefull format like mp4, flv, 3gp.... But now I disabled for protect the eventual buyer.

Hosting:
Actually it runs on Linux shared hosting (aruba.it) for a cost to 35€/year but you can host it on HostNumberOne.com for less (3.99$/month) it no need MySql database (all files are hosted from youtube) and all kind of Linux shared hosting works.

Visit, ADV and SEO:
Now I don't have stats for this website, I used in past in the few first months histats and I get something like 1000 unique a months and something like 3000 pageviews/month.
It has got a lot of natural links that gives to domain a nice Pr3
I Never implement ADV so i can't estimate the potential value, but I was contacted for sell casino link on the site for 50$ month, but I disagree and never published link for money because I don't want compromise the future buyer.

I set a minimum price to 500$ I wait one week after the first bid, is anyone is interested (no higher bid) I sell it to the higher bid posted here.

I get only an offer from linklift.it to add a link to casino/gambling site, for 50$/month but I disagree, and didn' publish it.
