Paypal should start a forum or online live help system, instead of giving us automated robot reply.

This is what i call ignorance and poor support. I mailed them tons of questions and got the same answer that i know already :(

Now how come you can have shipping address provided by the sender if they are making mass payments ???

We all knows this answer, why they are not showing any information under Service transition. We can't show Shipment adulteress for Service.

Exactly they want buyers to send payment as goods or services and provide them shipping address so that it can be helpful for them at times of charge backs and also in this way they get more fee in comparison with payments sent as gift or mass payments.

    Thanks

Well we must understand that it's nothing wrong on fees since they are working for us (We know working worst for us.:p) so we can't ignore fees!

So we should from now on expect our ad agency and affiliate agency to manually fill our address for every payment made to us ..?
Its just impossible ... they will always use mass payment and nothing else.. No big agency one can handle manual payments to publishers ... :(

Yes that's right and I guess those payments are reverted because of their technical issue as some affiliate company as well as Ads network inform publisher that money will re-credit to PayPal Automatically.

PayPal customer support is very good at copy-paste it seems. Nice default template that they use for everyone.
