I got this from hostgator and they took my site offline. If someone can fix this for me ill pay you. I apologize, but I was forced to suspend the account as it was causing a high load on the server, and due to the nature of the problem, I forced to take immediate action for the health of the server. Unfortunately I do not have any specific recommendations for this script, however, in general, adding some sort of caching mechanism, where the script does not need to generate a new page with every request, helps to lower the over load that a script will cause. Likely the original author or support group of the software that you are using will be able to help you to understand how to add something of this nature. If you reply back to this with your IP address we will be more than happy to go ahead enable HTTP access for you, so that you can safely work on the script without it causing further issues. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
you can start by saying what script your using, what specific errors were being caused if you know them. more info please.
Sorry I forgot to add. Its an image hosting site and its using a hosting script called Mihalism Multi Host. Here is a link to their site http://multihost.mihalism.net/ Im not sure what errors were being caused.
It won't matter if you can speed it up. Read their TOS: If they catch you with an image hosting script they shut you down. Link: http://www.hostgator.com/tos/tos.php
Im not asking to speed it up...when did I say that? I am asking for someone to come up with something that will fix the unnecessary processes from running the background.
You're right you didn't. You posted that you wanted to cache the site. Regardless, you seem to have missed the point of what I posted. Go ahead and get somebody to fix your script, it won't help you though. Hostgator staff are pretty quick to notice when somebody is violating their TOS.
Its been running for 3 months and im talking to the security team over support tickets. They havent said anything yet.
