$8,500 - Tracking Baby.com - 3/4 Developed - MAJOR Site

It breaks my heart to make this post...
... this was 'my baby' and was destined for many great things.

It's called 'Tracking Baby.com'

This site, in a nutshell, was a way to watch and document and share your baby's growth online with family and friends, complete with SO MANY awesome and great features.

This is a custom-designed Joomla site.
I did all the layouts and graphics for many pages and hired a very recomended joomla company to slice it and integrate the other features of the site. It's basically two sites in one, with a public site that allows for some cool features and a registered side of the site that is based on subscriptions. All permissions have already been put in place and really, this could be up and running within two-three weeks ready to make money.


I bought ALL THE COMPONENTS and ADD-ONS ..
NOTHING NULLED... nothing hacked. Like i said earlier, i had big plans for this, i didn't want ANY trouble on this one so this is all good.


The Domain Name itself is worth a nice little chunk and i also own all major renditions of that as well:

Presently, it is up for viewing - under-developed, as mentioned, but i ask you to look past the under-developed side of it and look at how close this really is and the overall potential of it. Serious buyers will see the drafts and what the pages will look like

I also have a full-color, BEAUTIFULLY Designed 8 1/2" x 11" brochure to go along with the whole package, with some pretty strong copy for print marketing.

Presently, this is setup on a VDS on godaddy

I have a complete breakdown of membership subscriptions, with complete outlines of all features that they will receive with each package... and even further... a nice little business breakdown of how much money this site should generate after all expenses per 'x' amount of registered users ... and so on.

Yeah the price is high. If you finish the site and get some traffic and a userbase it would be a lot more interesting.

It's the type of site that could get good media coverage/link juice.

But unfortunately, the type of person who has the "kung-fu" to finish it, they might as well spend that 8500 developing themselves... plus this is also digital point we're talking about.

You might have better luck on Flippa... but you really gotta finish the site.
