They're a really bad host. When I was with them my vps was laggy and a few days later it got deleted. Their servers are constantly down.
We do not allow that. It is not laggy, we have changed over the past months, we now have our nodes on hardware RAID10, with Dual Xeon processors and with 16-24 GB of RAM along with daily R1soft backups. The reason why you probably got "deleted" is because you broke our terms of service, we will not delete an account without any reason.
When I was with you guys you told me that I abused the service then you created a new account for me saying sorry I made a mistake after that you delete the vps a few days ago and started to ignore me
You broke our TOS in the first place - you demanded for another account after that, we have created you a new account out of courtesy after that. And how many months ago was this...? 9 months ago? We have changed a lot since then. We have had only 2 staff then, and now we have 5. Our client base has grown from 700 then to 4500 +. We now have our nodes on hardware RAID10, with Dual Xeon processors and with 16-24 GB of RAM along with daily R1soft backups. Other than that, we have improved support ticket replies from then as well. We are strict on abuse complaints. There's nothing more to it, if you intend to break our TOS when signing up for our VPS, please DO NOT purchase.

I'm using their services for a long time and I can't say anything really bad. Only the problem is Master Reseller I bought from them,it's sometimes really slow and when I have more than 500 visitors daily they ban my site (it's the bad thing) But my VPS is the monster,best VPS I ever bought is HostLatch's,it loads very very fast and I'm running 6 sites on it.
