    sorry, I must add that the forum was setup in august..

    Before then, it was an inhouse proxy site.

    The reason for the spike was the marketing that kicked in at the start of the launch.

    this forum has had $549 USD spent on it to date.

    if you buy @ the BIN price you'll make a saving of $274 as opposed to setting a new forum up from scratch..

    any potential buyers should bear this in mind when working out the value.
