    I am here to sell my friend's site, http://www.earn-from-net.com/ including the forum.
    The site was active 4 months ago, when we promoted it. And now the site is dead and we are getting a few hits from Google. The site is on sale now.

    The forum script is MYBB, so there is no need of any license.
    The design is unique, and also the content.
    We planned to change to webmaster forum, so we deleted some discussions about gpt sites. Due to this our rankings went down. we have currently the old database restored.


    Assume no revenue and zero traffic.
    The domain is registered for 1 year
