Hey guys, I need a logo designed which says "Tasmania's finest products". It will be printed on product labels, and stuck on bags to indicate they are from Tasmania. The overall theme is a 'natural' theme, as the product is all-natural. This does not necessarily mean that you have to incorporate a leaf or blade of grass. Reason I say this is because when someone mentions 'natural', most people do just that. Feel free to deviate from this aspect, but make sure it conveys across that it is natural. Just to be clear, I don't mind if a leaf or blade of grass is used, but just don’t get stuck on the idea that it has to be included. I would also like for the map of Tasmania to somehow be included In the logo. I will consider logos without the map, but it would have to be an exceptionally good logo. minucosminu: Thanks for your entry. The design isn't too bad, but I would like the two islands on top of Tasmania to be removed because it makes it look like devils horns somehow . Also, I would like you to make it look more like a logo. I'm not sure what to tell you to change, but try a few more things and I will let you know if your heading in the right direction. Edit: Try changing the font as well, it looks a bit 'asian'.
WittyCyberDesigners: Thanks for entering this contest. Sorry, but I don't think that's what i'm looking for. I'm looking for something more simple and modern. I understand what your aiming for, and I like the concept, but it's not suited for my purpose.

Kevin Shah: Your design is not compact enough, and it doesn't look much like a logo. minucosminu: Although your design looks nice, and I really like your clean look, i'm sorry to disappoint you again, but it doesn't look that much like a logo either. Just text with an icon. You can still attempt another design if you wish.
ing_pacz: thanks for the entry. It is a nice and pleasant design and the font you used for Tasmania's also looks good. Tasmania is a very green state of Australia and has lots of green pastures. These products are going to be mainly dairy products. I think although the logo looks stylish, it doesn't quite project the image of Tasmania's green state. Perhaps if you used green instead of black, though I am not sure if this is enough to give it that "green state" look.
ing_pacz: thanks for the entry. It certainly looks better but I am afraid it doesn't capture that "Tasmanian" feel and look I am after. If I can make a suggestion: someone run a California related contest and he got lots of great "Californian" feel and look logos. scorpionagency: first of all thanks for entering my contest. Second of all your logo is definitely heading in the right direction and it does seem to have a "Tasmanian" theme. I am not sure about the colours as they look a little pale to me. Also not sure about the leaves because these products will be dairy products. But overall a very pleasant logo and my favorite so far (despite the colours not being as strong as I'd like especially the green).
Revised concept Eliminated the leaves, added the old style glass milk containers, & darker greens. Feedback Appreciated
scorpionagency: thanks for the new entry. It looks better in a way and still somehow it also looks a little busy and a touch hard to make out. I don't think the idea with the bottles is working. I do like it but I think it's a little busy. In a way I liked your first one better because you can clearly make out the map of Tasmania and not the attention seems to be focused on the bottles. masjacky: thanks for entering this contest. I like both though I think I may need greener colours to better reflect the green state of Tasmania. Not sure about the boomerang in the second one. This contest will definitely have a winner and unless there are more entries the winner will be either scorpion agency or masjacky. I need to end this in no more than 24hrs.
