Yahoo has now started to support NOODP Tag.

Slurp is the name of Yahoo's spider and NOODP means that they won't use your DMOZ title as your title in serps if you're listed in the DMOZ.

if i have listed in dmoz and in dmoz my title is "xyz" and in real my site title is "abc" then which title yahoo select?

Whichever one they feel like, but if you use NOODP, then they'll always use "abc".
