If you want to sell a site you can't just say you earn that much, you have to proof it. Or I could say I have a site that makes 10k a month.

If you was buying a site you would want proof of earnings.

Its a not "game site" in normal sense, its a set of online games. As he stated the players pay also ingame, which counts to the income.

Exactly. Its not 100's of flash arcade games thrown together like on those usual sites.

Its a site with a set of uniquely made online games where players become members and continually play with eachother and purchase in game upgrades.

There is a lot more potentia here tool in these games by taking them to facebook as an application. I believe the owner is intending to do this or is in the process of doing so.
