    For sale is an automatically updating site. It runs on wordpress and is really simple to use. Nothing has to be touched and the site just runs itself. The site has is set to ping a number of sites when new posts are made. The ping list I use comes with the auction. I haven't done much to promote this blog but it gets over 100 visitors a month and has quite a few backlinks. The name is at name.com and is a free push.
