    I'm selling on of my pet projects. Since I've taken on new projects, I'm cleaning house.

    The site is a PR2, holds an alexa ranking of 64K, receives an average of 250,000 unique visitors per month, with 1.2 Million pageviews. If you're wondering why traffic is low for the last few weeks, the sites niche is currently on a break and will resume in 2 weeks time, so expect traffic levels to go up again like the months before.

    The site has over 4500 posts, plenty of unique content, quality backlinks and amazing serps.

    The site is very easy to update, doesn't take more than a couple of hours per week. I will disclose all my traffic sources to the buyer. I don't spent a cent on advertising or PPC. All traffic is completely free.

    I see you are using the video zshare video embed script with this site... is this sustainable? As in, if perhaps zshare decide to change the method they serve up the vids im guessing that would mean a new method of embedding the videos would need to be found.

    Does this responsibility stay with you as you are the developer of the zshare/wisevid embed script?
