I think bing has a better algorithm for video search. And has more options on search

Google is your answer since Youtube is their baby! :)
If you have seen some of the recent Youtube videos, Google has started putting adsense code on bottom of the video now.

For most things Bing's video search is far superior -- not to mention that you do get more options.

And for what it is worth, Google's bias towards videos hosted on youtube is not necessarily always a good thing. I wanted to re-watch a boxing match the other day, and Google's video search kept pointing me towards 'empty'/spam youtube videos that simply linked to other sites. On Bing, however, I got the fight (via dailymotion.com) right away. Much better. Really.

Savvy people use Bing, clueless people stick with Google. The fact that Google has more users simply proves that there is far greater number of clueless losers out there than those who have it all together.

Why even question it? Google owns YouTube for starters, and Google is and always has been the dominant search engine compared to Microsoft's Live/Bing/whatever they want to call it. Bing is just a buzzword, nothing more...
