Selling Framework for sports network (MLB, NBA, NFL)

I have a sports network of sites that contains a site for all MLB, NBA and NFL teams. I have spent over a year getting the domains registered, setting things up on one Wordpress MU installation, getting custom headers built, starting to get a common theme built, etc... I had plans of finding a blogger for each team and really making money with this beast. It's already getting some traffic with little to no content.

The problem... I have ran out of time and need to sell this network. I'm NOT looking to make extra profit on this - just looking to recoup some of the money that I've spent setting it all up. If someone is wanting to start their own sports team site network - you don't want to miss this offer because I'll save you a TON of prep work.

Anyways, there are 90+ domains/sites in this network and as I said, one for each sport team MLB, NBA and NFL. Some have content, some don't. They all use the same theme which makes it AWESOME for changing ads and customizing things. One change updates them all!!! Very slick setup.

All domains will be transferred via godaddy and I'll ship the graphics, export the WPMU files, databases, etc...
