Wow...I'm in shock..Not sure what to make of this

I made a single page site for a friend in January-February. It got a PR3 in the April PR update.

I submitted to DMOZ between Mid Feb and March (can't remember when) Now it is listed - not sure when - I just now noticed it - there must've been a recent link update - it just started showing up in my BLs.

    Site: www.SecondChanceCenter.com
He has a little business, and uses it to help employment challenged people to get on their feet. Local homeless, disabled, elderly, and people with felony records have difficulty getting jobs - he starts them out out with some money and tries to equip them with some hope and some skills they can use to land a better job.

From reading others posts, it could be anything from a month, to a year, or (more likely) never.

Jim - Thanks for the date - Nice to have an ODPer in the forum - I just noticed you in another post -represent bro! :)
    ---------------------------------------------
I have some more pages I plan on adding to the site:
    - product pages to promote, and perhaps sell some of the items SecondChance offers
(they sell a lot of little stuff from lightbulbs to USA pins and T-shirts, to fruit cake)

    - actual informative content (related to the employment challenged audiance and the community of family and friends that want to help make a difference in their lives)
    - Job search and Interview tips/articles/resources
    - discrimination law/advice/support
    - success stories/testimonials
    - general encouragement stories, articles

Since I have some attention here now :D maybe I can get some advice too
(I think I just highjacked my own thread ;))

1 - Some of my specific data resources are Local specific (Phoenix/Arizona) but there is tons of content that would be helpful to a more general audiance, how should I promote the site - as a local resource or as a general resource..?

2 - Any of you 'article guys' have any articles that would be helpful to visitors to this site..? I plan on writting alot of the content myself, and asking for article submissions from site users - but I need to get it started. Funds are limited but I'll work out something.

3 - Do you think I should have adsense on the site, or will that make the site look spammy...?

Opinions and such are welcome - whoo hoo - I'm so happy to have it in DMOZ!! - now I'm going to go call Henry (SecondChanceCenter owner) and let him knw :D

I'm happy to chip in with the odd comment around here, but I really don't plan on getting involved with the specifics of individual websites or being an instantly available information source on more general ODP related queries for that matter.

Those functions are why RZ was set up. It's not such a tough place if you first read and then keep to the rules posted at the top of each forum. It's the folk that bounce in without bothering that sometimes get bounced right out again :D.
